Dr. Ashray Shrikant Kole is a Clinical Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Physician based in Mumbai, India.

He completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Hematology at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore — one of India's most prestigious medical institutions — where he trained under pioneers in the field of hematology.

Dr. Kole was instrumental in establishing the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Department at LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai, where he helped design protocols, streamline services, and build a multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive blood cancer and transplant care.
